My owner insists on traveling from time to time, and so when the luggage comes out of the basement, I go into my “moping act,” you know, disappearing for long periods in the house, being tentative about meals, barely able to wag my tail at walk times.
When we get to Now Boarding Pets, I just can’t help myself: tail up, light on my feet, spring in my steps… Can’t wait to see if any of my old pals are there, but if not, I know I’ll make new friends during my stay. When one of the very nice people who works there takes my leash from “Himself Who Thinks He Rules,” I don’t even look back because I know I just hit the jackpot being at the spa!
I have a great suite, get to play with others, eat my own food (my owner likes to bring it so that I’ll be deluded into thinking that Now Boarding is like home). As if!
As we say in Scotland, the place is “br-r-r-illiant!” This last time, he and she were gone about a month. Oh, I got droopy every once in a while, but the people who work there -- and my four footed pals-- kept my spirits up. Apparently “he” called a couple of times to find out how I was doing... Can you imagine that? Okay, it was nice he thought of me while he was gone. He even paid the bill without complaint, especially after he saw the reasonable rates, the great trim I got during my stay, and the sparkle in my eyes and my bouncing up and down.
He was tired from a long flight across some ocean, but Now Boarding is open 24/7 whatever that means, so he didn’t have to make another trip to pick me up. Naturally, I couldn’t let him know how thrilled I was to be home, so I dogged it (forgive me) for a couple of days to get him back under control. He says that whenever I go to Now Boarding, there’s no “period of adjustment” when I get home, whatever that means. Anyway, there are rumors of another trip later this year, and I can’t wait! Hugs and kisses to all the staff at my favorite “spa.”
My cats had their first stay at Now Boarding, and I had such peace of mind while gone, knowing they were being well-cared for 24/7. It’s so convenient to be able to leave the car in the lot , as well, and be shuttled to/from the terminal. I’ll definitely use Now Boarding in the future.
We recently boarded our dog, Digger, for nine days at Now Boarding. The facility is ultra-clean and extremely well-organized. The staff was great and answered all of our questions, and gave us a tour several weeks ago, prior to boarding our pet.
The shuttle service to the terminal was quick and trouble-free, and added to the positive experience. We would highly recommend “Now Boarding” and give the staff and facility five stars!
We bring our dog, Vegas, to Now Boarding every time we go out of town. He loves it here! We are always at ease when we know he is under the care of everyone at Now Boarding. Proof of a good time is shown when we get back into town, and he sleeps for two days! It is super-convenient to park and take the shuttle to the airport, as well! Thanks!
I don’t have any kids, so my cat is like my child. Clyde has gone “on vacation” at Now Boarding several times in the last year-and-a-half. When I drop him off, I know I don’t have to worry about a thing. I know he gets plenty of playtime in the big room filled with toys, and he also gets one-on-one attention from staff. Every time I pick him up, the staff have a compliment or cute story about Clyde. To me, this means they really care about him and all the pets who stay there. I think the boarding rates are reasonable, too. Now Boarding takes all the worry out of boarding my cat and gives me peace of mind so I can enjoy my vacation!
Gabriel and Gretta love to visit their friends (human and fur) at Now Boarding. Regardless of their size, Now Boarding does a great job at going the extra mile to ensure each pet’s visit is up to par. The extra rewards for repeat visits, multi-pets, and even Triple A bring additional appeal to the use of their services. Thank you, Now Boarding, for all you do!
I am from Minnesota, but have relocated to Little Rock, Arkansas. When I come home to visit, instead of simply boarding my dogs, Dixie and Jax, in AR, they make the 13-hour drive with us to stay at Now Boarding! I feel so comfortable leaving them there while we travel around the state visiting family and friends. I know they are in good hands and having a good time! Thanks, Now Boarding! (And if you ever consider opening another location, please come to Little Rock!)
Gracie, Elly and Toby’s first experience with Doggie Day Care! While traveling through MN, it was great to have a safe and secure place for our three precious dogs to stay while we did a little shopping at the Mall of America. It was great to know that our dogs were somewhere that they could be together and have play time. The facility was clean and the check in and checkout process could not have been easier. If I lived closer I would definitely come back and use the Doggie Day Care. Only wish there was a Now Boarding closer to my home.
Bentley, our two-year old dachshund/rot, loves Now Boarding! Every single time we drop him off we are sure he is in good hands! The boarding facilities are clean and wonderful! I would never bring Bentley anywhere else! The extras he gets while he is there (bathing, puppy play dates and individual playtime) keep us assured that he will not just be sitting in his suite, but he will be getting exercise! We LOVE Now Boarding!
I would like to publicly thank Tami, the groomer at Now Boarding for the wonderful care she takes of my little Daisy. She is a miniature Goldendoodle with the difficult hair of a poodle mixed with an English Golden Retriever. On top of all of that she is regularly in water, rough housing with other dogs, and HATES TO BE BRUSHED. Daisy has been coming to Now Boarding since she was four months old and is now almost two years. She loves Tami, and runs to her as soon as she sees her. That tells me that Tami has always been gentle with Daisy. On top of that, she manages to groom her perfectly. She must really work to get the mats out because I am thrilled to know Daisy has not been shaved, but nicely trimmed. I will NEVER take Daisy to any other groomer. Thank you, Tami for a job well done.
