Reserve online by visiting our Make a Reservation page. We do require a credit card be kept on file for all reservations or full payment in advance for deposit and stay.
We do require a $25 deposit for all boarding reservations including Short Spell. For Holiday reservations (see Holiday FAQ) we require a 14-day notice and for non-Holiday reservations we require a 7-day notice. If you keep your reservation, we'll apply the $25 deposit to your final bill. If you cancel your reservation with notice less than the required period, your deposit will be forfeited.
We will gladly administer non-injectable medications and supplements to your pet that do not require use of an inhaler. Please list the name of medications or supplements (i.e., vitamins, fish oil, etc.) that your pet is taking, the amount, and when meds should be administered. Example: Rimadyl, 1 pill, with morning meal. If your pet is not taking medications, please enter "No medications." Please note that your pet must be accepting of medication orally or with food. We won't use force or restraint to administer your pet's medication.
We want your furred or feathered buddy to feel cozy and relaxed at Now Boarding. That’s why we encourage you to bring the comforts of home to us. Please label your pet’s belongings before you arrive for check-in:
Food: Yes, please bring your pet's food and treats. We recommend leaving an extra day’s worth of food in case your travel is delayed. Should your pet run out of food, we’ll provide food until your return for $3.00 per day, per pet.
Medication and/or Supplements: We will gladly administer non-injectable medications and supplements to your pets. At check-in, please bring the medication(s) and supplements along with clear instructions on how your pet should receive them.
Bedding: Familiar-smelling bedding helps every pet feel at home. Please feel free to bring your furkid’s bed or blanket for his suite. All blankets and beds must be machine washable in a standard size washer. Please do not bring comforters, quilts, or sleeping bags.
Toys: You are welcome to bring up to 3 of your pet's favorite toys. For the safety of your pet, we ask that you not bring rawhides, pigs’ ears or rope toys, as these can pose a choking hazard.
Now Boarding is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Yes, provided the diabetes is well-controlled through diet and digestible medication. However, we cannot offer boarding for animals requiring injections.
If you need to cancel your dog’s daycare, call us by 7 p.m. the night before and you won’t be charged a dime.
If you cancel anytime after 7 p.m. the night before a reservation or are a no-show, a $10 fee will be added to your account.
If your cancellation fees reach $30 and you can't pay within 24 hours, we won’t accept new reservations and all upcoming reservations will be cancelled until the balance is paid.
Note on our Mini Romp daycare cancellation policy: cancel by 7 p.m. Saturday night to avoid a charge. If you cancel after 7 p.m. Saturday or are a no-show, a $5 fee will be added to your account. If your Mini Romp cancellation fees reach $15, we won’t accept new reservations and all upcoming reservations will be cancelled until the balance is paid.

- Memorial Day (including the Saturday and Sunday prior to the holiday)
- 4th of July (including the Saturday prior through the Sunday following)
- Labor Day (includes the Saturday and Sunday prior to the holiday)
- Thanksgiving (including the Saturday prior through the Sunday following)
- Christmas (begins the Saturday before Christmas Eve and runs through the Sunday following New Year’s Day)

While you don’t have to, you may want to. It’s never too early to make a reservation for Major Holidays like Christmas, Thanksgiving, or the week of July 4th. Reserve online, or call and ask about availability.
Availability is limited so that we can always give top-notch care to our guests. As soon as you know you need us, make a reservation.
For puppies and dogs: Rabies, distemper, parvovirus and bordetella (either intranasal or injectable). All vaccines must be up to date at the time of check-in. While we do not require a waiting period from when latest vaccine was given, we recommend that the client confer with their veterinarian as to whether they recommend a waiting period following vaccination.
Cats and ferrets must be vaccinated against rabies and distemper.

Once we have your information on record, you are welcome to call if you like. If this is your first time reserving with us, you’ll need to use the online portal to get your pet’s information in our system.
If this is your first time boarding a pet, set aside about 10-15 minutes to complete the forms. During this process, you’ll create a login name that allows you to speed through the system next time. Returning pet parents spend about 1-3 minutes using our online reservation system.
Since there are vaccination requirements and space limitations for boarding and daycare, reservations are required. But making reservations is easy! And once you’re in our system, making reservations takes only a minute or two.
